She is hired as a dating coach for Harold, an accountant. So far, D’Orsay has appeared in nine Hallmark movies, most of which are Christmas-oriented.

D’Orsay was born on February 17, 1982, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Her family name is of Huguenot French origin. D’Orsay’s father William D’Orsay worked as a guest lecturer and her mother Jackie D’Orsay worked as an assistant at the chemical laboratory at the same institution as her husband.

She also has a brother named John D’Orsay. She attended a local elementary school. As a young child, she was fascinated by acting and started participating in auditions and talent shows while still attending school. During her school days, D’Orsay also performed in several dramas.

D’Orsay’s acting career began with the movie Why Can’t I Be A Movie Star? in which she played the role of Jennifer Kruz. She has also appeared in other movies like 19 Months, Fortune’s Sweet Kiss, The Republic of Love, The Skulls III, Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle, King’s Ransom, and It’s A Boy Girl Thing.

She has also appeared in short films like Truths of Insanity, Home Security, and Room 10. In the short film Room 10 directed by Jennifer Aniston, D’Orsay played the role of Jessica Mills. The short film won the CineVegas Award for Best Short Film.
