Evan Roderick Anderson is a yoyng talented Canadian actor, producer and former ice hockey player. He began acting as a professional after playing high-level hockey for several years, including three seasons in the BCHL, by which time he had received a Part 1 scholarship to play for the University of Massachusetts-Lowell in the NCAA.
As he had a series of injuries, Roderick decided to quit hockey and moved on to his true passion for the performing arts. After that, he starred in lots and lots of big productions, both in films and on television.
Evan Roderick’s first Hallmark movie was Autumn in the City in 2022. It is a drama and romantic movie directed by Michael Robison, in which he played the role of Austin, opposite to actress Aimee Teegarden.

Early life, Family, and Relationship
Evan Roderick was born on June 29, 1995, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He grew up in North Vancouver, British Columbia, and has an older brother, Stuart. When he saw a Rolling Stone concert at the age of 10, he was the first to become interested in the performing arts and considered pursuing it in his teens.
Evan Roderick wanted to pursue his career as an actor though he was in the British Columbia Hockey League: one season with the Westside Warriors, one with the Alberni Valley Bulldogs, and three with the Langley Rivermen.
He was also in each season of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League with the Penticton Lakers and in the Pacific Junior Hockey League with the North Delta Devils. He dropped hockey when he was nineteen after a series of injuries.
Education
For his schooling, he went to the Okanagan Hockey Academy in Penticton. He began playing ice hockey in the Pacific Coast Bantam Hockey League, the Canadian Sport School Hockey League, and the BC Hockey Major Midget League.
