Kellie Martin the American actress was born to Doug and Debbie Martin. Her father was a department store buyer and retail executive, whereas her mother is a kindergarten teacher.

Her acting career started when she was a seven-year-old; as her aunt was a caretaker for the children of the actor Michael Landon she was able to get a chance in getting a guest spot in the Landon-produced series Father Murphy.

When she turned eleven she was contesting in the Bob Eubanks-hosted version of Card Sharks on Young People’s Week. As for her schooling, she got graduated in 2001 from Yale University with a bachelor’s in art history.

She was also a member of Saybrook College and got her marriage on 15th May 1999 to Keith Christian in her husband’s hometown in Polson Montana and they were blessed with two daughters. Kellie also owns as well operates a toy store. She has written a novel named, Madam: A Novel of New Orleans from Plume.

Kellie Martin acted in a recurring role in the series, Valerie’s Family: The Hogans in its third season between the year 1987 till 1988. She voiced the character Daphne Blake in the animated series between the years 1988-1991; which is famous, A Pup Named Scooby-Doo. Kellie had the role of Rebecca Thacher aka Becca in ABC’s Life Goes On, a family drama; in which she acted for four seasons.

She is also in the role of Emily in the year 1989 in Troop Beverly Hills which has Shelley Long starring in it. She has also been in the pilot of America’s Funniest Home Videos of the year 1989. From 1991 till the year of 1995, she had been the voice of Molly Tasmanian Devil on Taz-Mania.
