Poppy Drayton the British actress got her schooling and graduated from the Arts Educational School in Chiswick. In the year of 2013, she got her first major role in the Hallmark Channel television movie pilot for When Calls the Heart as we have seen previously.
Her portrayal of Elizabeth Thatcher was later taken over by Erin Krakow in its subsequent ones. After that, she had a Downton Abbey Christmas special in the year 2013. Poppy has also done stage appearances at the Jermyn Street Theatre in London in a stage show called, The Green Bay Tree in the year 2014.
