Trevor Jackson is an American actor, singer, songwriter, and director.  He is known for his works such as SuperFly in the year 2018, Grown-ish in the year same as that of previous, and Burning Sands in the year 2017. Trevor Howard Lawrence Jackson the real name of the American actor.

He is best known for his works such as Grown-ish, a Freeform original series in which he was playing the role of Aaron Jackson and Kevin Blake in Eureka a Syfy original series, as Kevin LaCroix on American Crime, and Disney Channel’s television movie Let It Shine as Kris McDuffy.

Some of his other works include The Lion King, a Broadway musical where he played the Young Simba, and also on both Cold Case and Harry’s Law, television guest star roles. He won the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Series in the year 2012 and the year 2018 he starred as the lead in the crime drama film Superfly as Priest.

Early life, Family, and Relationship

Trevor Jackson was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was the younger child of his parents’ two sons. His parents are Kevin Jackson & Cam Baxter. His parents are American people.

He belongs to a family who is interested in basketball and at the age of eight he made a decision that he would go into the entertainment industry. He showcased his talents at local venues for starters and he performed within his hometown and nationally which including a dance routine on Showtime at the Apollo.

When he was the age eight he won the Young Simba’s role on the national tour of The Lion King musical, which was with him till the end.

Trevor Jackson’s Success and career

Trevor Jackson after the run of The Lion King was then on the small screen appearing as a guest star in an episode of Cold Case in 2010.

He also played Kevin Blake in the final two seasons of Eureka which was between the years 2010 to 2012. In early 2011, he joined a behind the scene troop with some music artists at the time which was called, Before 2012.

Though this didn’t last for long as their individual successes tore the group apart even before they moved on to the mainstream, Later, in the August of 2011 he went on to run on TV in Harry’s Law which earned him the Young Artist Award for Best Performance as  Willie Blue.
