Chloe Bailey was raised in Mableton, Georgia, with her sister Halle Bailey and younger brother Branson Bailey and later moved to Los Angeles in mid-2012. Her father Doug Bailey was previously a stock broker who taught their young children to write songs and perform covers on YouTube.

Her mother is Courtney Bailey who has been a part of the 1992 Live Wire. Both Chloe and Halle became famous for their cover song of Beyonce’s ‘Best Thing I Never Had’. The duo also appeared in the Ellen talk show. She also made a cameo appearance in the Disney series Austin & Ally performing the ‘Unstoppable’ song.

Her ethnicity is black and she started her career at the age of 10 as a YouTube star along with her sister Halle. In her years long career she has been nominated for several awards and accolades and has performed in several award functions.

Chloe released her solo debut single Have Mercy and later her 2nd single Treat Me was in the year 2022. She is best known for being one half of the musical duo Chloe x Halle with her sister Halle Bailey, together they have earned five Grammy Award nominations since 2018.
