Story of the Hallmark Movie The Holiday Stocking

The Holiday Stocking is Mahogany’s first-ever Christmas movie and comes under the Hallmark Movies and Mysteries category.  The movie is about the power of family traditions.

RJ is a new angel. He has one big regret. His regret is that he did not help his two sisters reconcile their relationships while he was still alive. To rectify it and reunite his sisters, he is sent to earth as a stranger for 12 days just before Christmas.

Disguised as a stranger, RJ gets both his sisters to revive the Holiday Stocking – a family tradition started by their parents to get their children to understand how important family is and also to encourage charity during Christmas. When RJ and his sister were kids, every time during the holiday, their parents created the Holiday Stocking game with riddles. The siblings get together to find clues and solve the riddles to choose volunteer work during the holiday.

Now as a stranger, RJ restarts the family tradition to get both his sisters together. He comes up with riddles to get the sisters to solve them. Will RJ succeed in reconciling the relationship between his sisters with the family tradition? The movie is sure to make you cry as it is all about family, siblings, love, traditions, and most important of all – giving and charity.
