Story of the Hallmark the Movie The Secrets of Bella Vista
The Hallmark mystery movie is based on Susan Wiggs’s Bella Vista Chronicles # 1 The Apple Orchard.
Tess Delaney (Rachelle Lefevre), an antique expert gets surprising yet shocking news from an estate executor Damhnaic McAuley (Niall Matter) that she has inherited an apple orchard from her father she never knew existed. Even more shocking news is that she is sharing the inherited apple orchard with her half-sister, Isabel (Helena Marie), whom she didn’t know about.
Tess visits the orchard and connects with her new-found family. She also learns that the orchard is in deep debt. Tess and her half-sister learn about their grandmother’s treasure and hope that the treasure would save the orchard. Together with Isabel, Tess uses her knowledge as an antiques expert to unravel the mystery of her grandmother’s treasure. In the process, as she finds more clues, she learns more about herself.

Rachelle Marie Lefevre is a Canadian actress known for her role as the vampire Victoria in the Twilight Saga. She is also known for her role in the television series Big Wolf on Campus.
In 1999, she was cast in the Hallmark film called The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. She played the role of Katrina Van Tassel, who dresses up as the legendary Headless Horseman to scare away her suitor Brom Bones.
