Monami belongs to the cultural family Of Basirhat, South 24 Pargana, Monami belongs to cultural family. The names of her parents are Arup Ratan Ghosh and Tamasha Ghosh. Her father died. A Popular Indian TV and Film Actress, Monami Ghosh was born in West Bengal on July 18, 1984. She is the only child of her parent. From Kolkata University, she completed her graduation.

As a child artist, she played many short roles because her father was a theatre owner. In her school days, Monami started her career through a TV series. Her debut TV serial was, “Saatkahon“(1999). In many serials like Pratiksha Ektu Bhalobasar,  Kon Se Alor Swapno Niye, Sonar Horin, Ek Akasher Niche & Ekdin Pratidin, she got back to back offer.

She is most famous for her hit serials. Her acting is most popular with people. She gave more and more love to people. She is beautiful and talented and also a very successful actress.

Career & Success Story

With the Bengali television serial Saat Kahon (aired on DD Bangla) Monami Ghosh started her acting career at 17 years old.  In 25–30 serials for which she has become famous for her portrayal of the characters, she has played the lead character. The leads characters were Ananya in Pratiksha Ektu Bhalobashar… in 2001-02, in 2003 Komolika in Kon Shey Alor Swapno Niye, in 2004, Zeenat in Ek Akasher Niche,  and Barsha in Ekdin Pratidin. Her most well-known performance is the character of Mohor in the 2009 ETV Bangla serial Binni Dhaner Khoi, etc.

Monami Ghosh has appeared in several film roles, in parallel to her television career. For the film Box No. 1313 opposite Parambrata Chatterjee, she finished shooting in 2008.  In Anik Dutta’s Bengali film Bhooter Bhabishyat, she acted in 2012.

In more Bengali television serials like the 2013 ETV Bangla series Hiyar Majhe, Monami Ghosh went on to appear. She is most famous for her acting in serials.
