After opening the BSNL page, click on the SIGN IN option, which is at the top right corner of this page.
You can also pay directly without login to the portal but we are recommending you to sign in before paying because if you pay after login your bill payment details is under the sign in, so you can check it using the portal after sign in even though you don’t receive any mail after payment you can check it on the portal.
If you are not registered in this portal before then if of all we need to sign up means registered in this BSNL portal. - - Individuals or FTTH Bills, Wings Payments, etc.
Click on it, fill in your landline details like phone number which should be with your std code but with 0 zero, which means if you are STD code is 011, then take it as 11 followed by your landline number
and in Nickname, you can give any name.
After adding this you will get your bill payment details if your bill is generated, otherwise wait for the bill generation.
after generation, it will be shown on your dashboard, click on it and PAY NOW, then pay it as all other payment gateways options.
