Early life, Family and Relationship
Monifa Days was born in Detroit Michigan and was born on January 28, 1972 and yes she is fifty three years old as of the year 2025. Though she was born in Michigan she grew up in Chicago and eventually relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her career in performing arts.

Education
As she grew up Makila studied in the University of Chicago. As for Monifa days’ educational life she got her bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts in the Wayne State University where she did it with Acting as her major.
Later of which she went to the University of Illinois. She earned her Masters degree in fine arts there in that University.
After her graduation she helped in founding of a theater company called the Congo Square Theatre Company and performed in various popular plays which are Wedding band, Spunk, The Bluest Eye and Layla’s Dream.

She moved to TNT sponsored acting competition and beat 2500 competitors to win a package worth more than one million dollars. After being on TV and so many plays, she wanted to train teenagers on acting who want their career so badly as acting and as a part of the August Wilson Monologue Program. During her life in acting and directing she spent ten years working as a fitness instructor and director for the Bally Total fitness Company.
She also had supervised area group exercises till 2009 when she stepped away to find her own fitness path MoFit Days. As she was a creative artist and fitness instructor she had it with her full potential.
