Story of Hallmark Movie Making Waves

Holland Roden as Amelia, who works for a music company. She goes to a festival that happens on the Outer Banks. Her goal is to win over a special new band before the other companies can. But when she sees the band, she is surprised to find out that the lead singer Corey Cott as Will is someone she used to have a sweet summer romance with during her childhood.

Roden, who was born and raised in Dallas, Texas on October 7, 1986, was attracted to the arts from a young age. At the age of 6, Holland was captivated by the “Queen of England,” and she would perform one-woman shows for her family, copying her beloved monarch.

Holland took her love of performing a step further by enrolling in theatrical camps and acting lessons to better her career. But it was Holland’s second interest, science, that drove her to Los Angeles and launched her career.

Holland Roden is no stranger to primetime television, having appeared on hit shows such as Lost (2004), Weeds (2005), and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000).

Apart from major films and TV shows, Holland Roden works in Hallmark Movies too. She debuted on Hallmark Channel with the film Time for Him to Come Home for Christmas in 2022.
